Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

Our products are tested before it leaves the packaging unit, if it is spoilt, we don’t let it leave the unit at all.

However, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will replace the product, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

The replacement for the product can be request via contact us link, depending on the shelf life of the product-
For Milk/Lassi/vegetables/fruits - spoiling is very common in these products because of its handling by customers so spoiled and unsealed products will not replaced , u can connect with us for any other issue on the same day(i.e within 24hrs of order delivery), after its expiry date we can't take responsibility.

For Ghee/Honey -  The replacement or refund of these products can be requested within 7 days after order delivery and only if the products are sealed.
As the unsealed products have higher tendency of getting spoiled because of its handling by customers.

The replacement of the product is also processed within 24 hrs of the request placed by the customer via contact us link.

Requests received immediately after receiving their product and based on the expiry date of the respective products .
The pending amount transfer after cancellation of a subscription is processed on the same day as the customer requests the cancellation via contact us link.

 

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a replace/ refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
